Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to review judicial practice and identify common positions of the courts in relation to the measures used to combat the new coronavirus infection. In the course of the article, the authors come to the conclusion that the activities
carried out using information technologies, due to the need to make urgent decisions in order to improve the sanitary and epidemiological situation, have caused certain legal contradictions that require further explanations from higher courts.
